Description: Data reflects adoptions through December 17, 2013 City Council. The City of Henderson Zoning Coverage was created using Clark County parcel data as the raw data and creating polygons that represent the areas designated by City Council as having a particular zoning. Per the 8/17/2010 adoption of ZCA-10-660006/Ord# 2869 and ZOA-10-680000/Ord# 2870 (2010 Development Code updates) zoning codes were added and deleted. Field names were revised and some deleted (outdated). Per the 10/18/2011 City Council adoption of ZCA-11-500225/ZOA-11-500223 the Airport Environs Overlay was expanded to the 60 LDN boundary. All affected parcels have "ZCA2011500225" in the ae2011 field, added for this adoption. Only the portion of the parcel within the 60 LDN will actually have 'O' in the AE field.
